Description
Basalt from the CIFL Marble Mosaics range is a polished chevron marble mosaic in 2″ x 6″, made in China. The colour is Basalt, and the polished face is what you will see on the wall or floor.
Marble is quarried natural stone, so the veining changes from piece to piece and it wants sealing once it is installed.
It comes mounted on 12″ x 12″ sheets, which is how it is sold and set. A box holds 10 sheets and covers 4.5 sq ft.
CIF rates it for floors and walls and gives no exterior or pool rating, so talk to us before you use it outside, on a pool surround or on an outdoor step. For a shower floor or an entry that sees wet boots, ask us about a matte or anti-slip option instead of this polished face.
Our in-house crews install it for homes and businesses in Toronto, Mississauga, Barrie and the GTA.
