Centura Yukatan Multicolor Natural Porcelain 24″ x 48″

Yukatan Multicolor belongs to Centura’s Yukatan range and measures 24″ x 48″. It carries an organic, unrepeated face and the layered, cleft face of slate, finished with a natural finish, left close to how the tile leaves the press. Expect variation of V4, a wide spread where individual pieces differ markedly, so the tile should be dry-laid from several boxes before it is set. A 24″ x 48″ tile lays up quickly and leaves less grout to keep clean. Centura tests it at R10, which covers floors that see occasional water such as kitchens, bathrooms and entry halls. The body is frost resistant, which opens up porches, garages, balconies and other areas that drop below freezing. It is approved for floor and wall installation, so wall and floor areas of the same room can be tiled from one order. Because the edges are rectified, the grout joint can close to around 2 to 3 mm and the layout reads almost seamless. The body measures 10 mm. For a colour match, Centura specifies grout 947 – Light Bronze. Boxes hold 2 pieces and cover 15.4 sq ft, or 7.6982 sq ft a piece.
