Centura Yukatan Beige Natural Porcelain 24″ x 48″

Yukatan Beige belongs to Centura’s Yukatan range and measures 24″ x 48″. It carries an organic, unrepeated face and the layered, cleft face of slate, finished with a natural finish, left close to how the tile leaves the press. Shade variation is rated V3, a moderate spread of tone that gives the installation obvious movement piece to piece. At 24″ x 48″, it covers ground with fewer grout lines than a small format, which keeps a room reading as one surface. Underfoot it is rated R10, which covers floors that see occasional water such as kitchens, bathrooms and entry halls. Frost resistance means it can be laid outdoors or in an unheated space without spalling through a freeze-thaw cycle. Centura rates it for floors and walls, so one tile can carry a shower wall down onto the floor with no change of material. Because the edges are rectified, the grout joint can close to around 2 to 3 mm and the layout reads almost seamless. The body measures 10 mm. The suggested grout is 939 – Mist. One box contains 2 pieces, enough for 15.4 sq ft, or 7.6982 sq ft a piece.
