Description
Centura lists Valdorcia Retro Decor in the Valdorcia range: a 8″ x 8″ porcelain tile. It carries an organic, unrepeated face, finished with a matte surface that holds light rather than throwing it back. Expect variation of V3, a moderate spread of tone that gives the installation obvious movement piece to piece. It is frost resistant, so it holds up in unheated garages, porches and exterior work where the tile will freeze and thaw. It is approved for floor and wall installation, so wall and floor areas of the same room can be tiled from one order. The edges are cushioned rather than rectified, so allow a slightly wider grout joint. The body measures 9 mm. For a colour match, Centura specifies grout 969 – Coffee. One box contains 26 pieces, enough for 26 sq ft, or 1 sq ft a piece. It contains recycled content, which can count toward LEED material credits on a certified project.
