Centura lists Valdorcia Ocra in the Valdorcia range: a 8″ x 8″, 8″ x 16″, 16″ x 16″, 16″ x 24″ porcelain tile. It carries an organic, unrepeated face, finished with a matte surface that holds light rather than throwing it back. Piece-to-piece variation is graded V3, a moderate spread of tone that gives the installation obvious movement piece to piece. The rectangle, square format breaks up the grid a square or rectangular tile would give you. The slip rating is R10, which covers floors that see occasional water such as kitchens, bathrooms and entry halls. Because it is frost resistant, it can carry an interior floor out onto a covered patio or three-season room. The rating covers both floors and walls, which lets a bathroom or kitchen run the same surface vertically and horizontally. The edges are cushioned rather than rectified, so allow a slightly wider grout joint. The body measures 9 mm. Centura matches it to grout 969 – Coffee.
