Centura lists Ultra Marmi Nero Marquina in the Ultra range: a 60″ x 120″ porcelain tile. It carries the veining and depth of quarried marble and a brushed metallic cast, finished with a polished face with a mirror-level shine. Expect variation of V2, a slight shift in tone between pieces that keeps the surface from looking printed. A 60″ x 120″ tile lays up quickly and leaves less grout to keep clean. Because it is frost resistant, it can carry an interior floor out onto a covered patio or three-season room. The rating covers both floors and walls, which lets a bathroom or kitchen run the same surface vertically and horizontally. The edges are rectified, cut square after firing, so it sets with a joint of roughly 2 to 3 mm over a flat substrate. The body measures 6 mm. For a colour match, Centura specifies grout 941 – Raven. One box contains 6 pieces, enough for 11.44 sq ft.
