Ultra Calacatta Macchia Vecchia belongs to Centura’s Ultra range and measures 60″ x 120″. It carries the veining and depth of quarried marble and a brushed metallic cast, finished with a polished face with a mirror-level shine. Centura rates shade variation at V3, a moderate spread of tone that gives the installation obvious movement piece to piece. The 60″ x 120″ format means fewer joints across a floor, so the eye is not pulled to a grid. Because it is frost resistant, it can carry an interior floor out onto a covered patio or three-season room. The rating covers both floors and walls, which lets a bathroom or kitchen run the same surface vertically and horizontally. Because the edges are rectified, the grout joint can close to around 2 to 3 mm and the layout reads almost seamless. The body measures 6 mm. For a colour match, Centura specifies grout 903 – Birch. One box contains 6 pieces, enough for 11.44 sq ft.
