Stone Union Almond is a 12″ x 24″ porcelain tile from Centura’s Stone Union range. It carries the broken, tonal surface of natural stone, finished with a matte surface that holds light rather than throwing it back. Shade variation is rated V3, a moderate spread of tone that gives the installation obvious movement piece to piece. A 12″ x 24″ tile lays up quickly and leaves less grout to keep clean. Because it is frost resistant, it can carry an interior floor out onto a covered patio or three-season room. Floor and wall use are both covered, useful where a feature wall and the floor beneath it need to match exactly. Because the edges are rectified, the grout joint can close to around 2 to 3 mm and the layout reads almost seamless. The body measures 10 mm. Centura matches it to grout 908 – Dove Gray. One box contains 8 pieces, enough for 15.42 sq ft, or 1.9279 sq ft a piece.
