Scultorea Calacatta Oro Fino belongs to Centura’s Scultorea range and measures 2.5″ x 10″. The face carries the veining and depth of quarried marble. Shade variation is rated V3, a moderate spread of tone that gives the installation obvious movement piece to piece. It is frost resistant, so it holds up in unheated garages, porches and exterior work where the tile will freeze and thaw. The rating covers both floors and walls, which lets a bathroom or kitchen run the same surface vertically and horizontally. The edges are cushioned rather than rectified, so allow a slightly wider grout joint. The body measures 8.5 mm. For a colour match, Centura specifies grout 909 – Sterling. Boxes hold 48 pieces and cover 7.43 sq ft, or 0.1548 sq ft a piece.
