Centura Reverso Black Natural Porcelain 12″ x 24″

Description

Centura lists Reverso Black in the Reverso range: a 12″ x 24″ porcelain tile. It carries the veining and depth of quarried marble and the broken, tonal surface of natural stone, finished with a natural finish, left close to how the tile leaves the press. Shade variation is rated V3, a moderate spread of tone that gives the installation obvious movement piece to piece. The 12″ x 24″ format means fewer joints across a floor, so the eye is not pulled to a grid. Centura tests it at R10, which covers floors that see occasional water such as kitchens, bathrooms and entry halls. Because it is frost resistant, it can carry an interior floor out onto a covered patio or three-season room. Floor and wall use are both covered, useful where a feature wall and the floor beneath it need to match exactly. The edges are rectified, cut square after firing, so it sets with a joint of roughly 2 to 3 mm over a flat substrate. The body measures 9 mm. For a colour match, Centura specifies grout 929 – Charcoal Gray. Boxes hold 6 pieces and cover 11.44 sq ft, or 1.9073 sq ft a piece. It contains recycled content, which can count toward LEED material credits on a certified project.
