Reverso Avorio is a 12″ x 24″ porcelain tile from Centura’s Reverso range. It carries the veining and depth of quarried marble and the broken, tonal surface of natural stone, finished with a lappato finish, polished in patches so the surface catches light unevenly. Piece-to-piece variation is graded V3, a moderate spread of tone that gives the installation obvious movement piece to piece. A 12″ x 24″ tile lays up quickly and leaves less grout to keep clean. Frost resistance means it can be laid outdoors or in an unheated space without spalling through a freeze-thaw cycle. The rating covers both floors and walls, which lets a bathroom or kitchen run the same surface vertically and horizontally. Rectified edges mean the tile is cut square after firing and will take a tight 2 to 3 mm joint, provided the substrate is flat. The body measures 9 mm. For a colour match, Centura specifies grout 928 – Praline. One box contains 6 pieces, enough for 11.44 sq ft, or 1.9073 sq ft a piece. It contains recycled content, which can count toward LEED material credits on a certified project.
