Centura lists Rapolano White in the Rapolano range: a 24″ x 48″ porcelain tile. It is finished with a matte surface that holds light rather than throwing it back. Expect variation of V3, a moderate spread of tone that gives the installation obvious movement piece to piece. A 24″ x 48″ tile lays up quickly and leaves less grout to keep clean. It is frost resistant, so it holds up in unheated garages, porches and exterior work where the tile will freeze and thaw. It is approved for floor and wall installation, so wall and floor areas of the same room can be tiled from one order. The edges are rectified, cut square after firing, so it sets with a joint of roughly 2 to 3 mm over a flat substrate. The body measures 9 mm. The suggested grout is 909 – Sterling. One box contains 2 pieces, enough for 15.5 sq ft, or 7.7519 sq ft a piece.
