Centura Rapolano White Matte Porcelain 12″ x 24″

Rapolano White is a 12″ x 24″ porcelain tile from Centura’s Rapolano range. The surface is a matte surface that holds light rather than throwing it back. Piece-to-piece variation is graded V3, a moderate spread of tone that gives the installation obvious movement piece to piece. A 12″ x 24″ tile lays up quickly and leaves less grout to keep clean. Centura tests it at R10, which covers floors that see occasional water such as kitchens, bathrooms and entry halls. It is frost resistant, so it holds up in unheated garages, porches and exterior work where the tile will freeze and thaw. Centura rates it for floors and walls, so one tile can carry a shower wall down onto the floor with no change of material. Because the edges are rectified, the grout joint can close to around 2 to 3 mm and the layout reads almost seamless. The body measures 9 mm. For a colour match, Centura specifies grout 909 – Sterling. One box contains 8 pieces, enough for 15.14 sq ft, or 1.8921 sq ft a piece.
