Centura lists Prexious Mountain Treasure in the Prexious range: a 24″ x 24″ porcelain tile. Centura gives it a matte surface that holds light rather than throwing it back. Expect variation of V2, a slight shift in tone between pieces that keeps the surface from looking printed. The 24″ x 24″ format means fewer joints across a floor, so the eye is not pulled to a grid. Because it is frost resistant, it can carry an interior floor out onto a covered patio or three-season room. It is approved for floor and wall installation, so wall and floor areas of the same room can be tiled from one order. Because the edges are rectified, the grout joint can close to around 2 to 3 mm and the layout reads almost seamless. The body measures 10 mm. For a colour match, Centura specifies grout 939-mist. One box contains 3 pieces, enough for 11.51 sq ft, or 3.8358 sq ft a piece.
