Centura lists Plain / Techno Special White in the Plain / Techno range: a 12″ x 12″ mosaic. The surface is a matte surface that holds light rather than throwing it back. Centura rates shade variation at V1, so pieces run near-identical and the finished floor reads as one continuous surface. Centura tests it at R10, which covers floors that see occasional water such as kitchens, bathrooms and entry halls. The body is frost resistant, which opens up porches, garages, balconies and other areas that drop below freezing. Centura rates it for floors and walls, so one tile can carry a shower wall down onto the floor with no change of material. The edges are cushioned rather than rectified, so allow a slightly wider grout joint. The body measures 6 mm. Centura matches it to grout 910 Bright White. Boxes hold 20 pieces and cover 20 sq ft, or 1 sq ft a piece.
