Plain / Techno Black belongs to Centura’s Plain / Techno range and measures 12″ x 12″. Centura gives it a matte surface that holds light rather than throwing it back. Expect variation of V1, so pieces run near-identical and the finished floor reads as one continuous surface. The slip rating is R10, which covers floors that see occasional water such as kitchens, bathrooms and entry halls. It is frost resistant, so it holds up in unheated garages, porches and exterior work where the tile will freeze and thaw. It is approved for floor and wall installation, so wall and floor areas of the same room can be tiled from one order. Edges are cushioned, not rectified, which means a wider joint and more tolerance for an uneven substrate. The body measures 6 mm. The suggested grout is 940 Antique White.
