Description

Oudh Laos is a 8″ x 48″ porcelain tile from Centura’s Oudh range. The surface is a brushed face with fine directional texture. Shade variation is rated V2, a slight shift in tone between pieces that keeps the surface from looking printed. A 8″ x 48″ tile lays up quickly and leaves less grout to keep clean. Underfoot it is rated R9, the rating for dry interior floors. Because it is frost resistant, it can carry an interior floor out onto a covered patio or three-season room. The rating covers both floors and walls, which lets a bathroom or kitchen run the same surface vertically and horizontally. Rectified edges mean the tile is cut square after firing and will take a tight 2 to 3 mm joint, provided the substrate is flat. The body measures 9 mm. For a colour match, Centura specifies grout 982 – Summer Wheat. It ships 6 pieces to a box, covering 15.24 sq ft, or 2.54 sq ft a piece. It contains recycled content, which can count toward LEED material credits on a certified project.
