Oudh Jinkoh belongs to Centura’s Oudh range and measures 48″ x 48″. It is finished with a brushed face with fine directional texture. Shade variation is rated V2, a slight shift in tone between pieces that keeps the surface from looking printed. A 48″ x 48″ tile lays up quickly and leaves less grout to keep clean. The slip rating is R9, the rating for dry interior floors. Frost resistance means it can be laid outdoors or in an unheated space without spalling through a freeze-thaw cycle. Floor and wall use are both covered, useful where a feature wall and the floor beneath it need to match exactly. Rectified edges mean the tile is cut square after firing and will take a tight 2 to 3 mm joint, provided the substrate is flat. The body measures 9 mm. For a colour match, Centura specifies grout 909 – Sterling. Boxes hold 2 pieces and cover 31.01 sq ft, or 15.5039 sq ft a piece. It contains recycled content, which can count toward LEED material credits on a certified project.
