Centura lists Opalo Stone Blanc in the Opalo range: a 12″ x 12″ mosaic. It carries the broken, tonal surface of natural stone, finished with a gloss surface that reflects light and lifts a darker room. Frost resistance means it can be laid outdoors or in an unheated space without spalling through a freeze-thaw cycle. The rating covers both floors and walls, which lets a bathroom or kitchen run the same surface vertically and horizontally. The edges are cushioned rather than rectified, so allow a slightly wider grout joint. The body measures 4.9 mm. The suggested grout is 909 – Sterling. One box contains 10 pieces, enough for 10.37 sq ft, or 1.0368 sq ft a piece. It contains recycled content, which can count toward LEED material credits on a certified project.
