Description

Norr Melk is a 24″ x 24″ porcelain tile from Centura’s Norr range. Centura gives it a natural finish, left close to how the tile leaves the press. Centura rates shade variation at V2, a slight shift in tone between pieces that keeps the surface from looking printed. A 24″ x 24″ tile lays up quickly and leaves less grout to keep clean. The slip rating is R10, which covers floors that see occasional water such as kitchens, bathrooms and entry halls. Frost resistance means it can be laid outdoors or in an unheated space without spalling through a freeze-thaw cycle. Centura rates it for floors and walls, so one tile can carry a shower wall down onto the floor with no change of material. Rectified edges mean the tile is cut square after firing and will take a tight 2 to 3 mm joint, provided the substrate is flat. The body measures 9 mm. The suggested grout is 949 – Silverado. One box contains 3 pieces, enough for 11.57 sq ft, or 3.8551 sq ft a piece. It contains recycled content, which can count toward LEED material credits on a certified project.
