Nolita Napa is a 2″ x 18″ ceramic tile from Centura’s Nolita range. It carries the irregular face of fired brick, finished with a matte surface that holds light rather than throwing it back. Shade variation is rated V4, a wide spread where individual pieces differ markedly, so the tile should be dry-laid from several boxes before it is set. The slip rating is R10, which covers floors that see occasional water such as kitchens, bathrooms and entry halls. It is frost resistant, so it holds up in unheated garages, porches and exterior work where the tile will freeze and thaw. The rating covers floors in residential and commercial settings. Edges are cushioned, not rectified, which means a wider joint and more tolerance for an uneven substrate. The body measures 9.5 mm. For a colour match, Centura specifies grout 929 Charcoal Gray. It ships 32 pieces to a box, covering 6.81 sq ft, or 0.2127 sq ft a piece.
