Centura lists Nolita Cotto in the Nolita range: a 2″ x 18″ ceramic tile. It carries the irregular face of fired brick, finished with a matte surface that holds light rather than throwing it back. Expect variation of V4, a wide spread where individual pieces differ markedly, so the tile should be dry-laid from several boxes before it is set. The slip rating is R10, which covers floors that see occasional water such as kitchens, bathrooms and entry halls. It is frost resistant, so it holds up in unheated garages, porches and exterior work where the tile will freeze and thaw. Floor use is what Centura rates it for in residential and commercial settings. Edges are cushioned, not rectified, which means a wider joint and more tolerance for an uneven substrate. The body measures 9.5 mm. For a colour match, Centura specifies grout 947 Light Bronze. It ships 32 pieces to a box, covering 6.81 sq ft, or 0.2127 sq ft a piece.
