More Tortora belongs to Centura’s More range and measures 12″ x 24″. The surface is a natural finish, left close to how the tile leaves the press. Expect variation of V3, a moderate spread of tone that gives the installation obvious movement piece to piece. The 12″ x 24″ format means fewer joints across a floor, so the eye is not pulled to a grid. Centura tests it at R10, which covers floors that see occasional water such as kitchens, bathrooms and entry halls. Frost resistance means it can be laid outdoors or in an unheated space without spalling through a freeze-thaw cycle. Centura rates it for floors and walls, so one tile can carry a shower wall down onto the floor with no change of material. Rectified edges mean the tile is cut square after firing and will take a tight 2 to 3 mm joint, provided the substrate is flat. The body measures 9.5 mm. The suggested grout is 915 – Light Smoke. It ships 6 pieces to a box, covering 11.33 sq ft, or 1.8875 sq ft a piece.
