More Grigio belongs to Centura’s More range and measures 12″ x 12″. The surface is a natural finish, left close to how the tile leaves the press. Expect variation of V3, a moderate spread of tone that gives the installation obvious movement piece to piece. The slip rating is R10, which covers floors that see occasional water such as kitchens, bathrooms and entry halls. Frost resistance means it can be laid outdoors or in an unheated space without spalling through a freeze-thaw cycle. Floor and wall use are both covered, useful where a feature wall and the floor beneath it need to match exactly. The edges are rectified, cut square after firing, so it sets with a joint of roughly 2 to 3 mm over a flat substrate. The body measures 9.5 mm. For a colour match, Centura specifies grout 927 – Light Pewter. Boxes hold 5 pieces and cover 5 sq ft, or 1 sq ft a piece.
