Miyako Chalk White is a 2″ x 6″ porcelain tile from Centura’s Miyako range. The surface is a matte surface that holds light rather than throwing it back. Centura rates it for floors and walls, so one tile can carry a shower wall down onto the floor with no change of material. It ships 66 pieces to a box, covering 5.27 sq ft, or 0.0798 sq ft a piece. Porcelain is fired denser than ordinary ceramic, which is why it takes on wet areas and heavy traffic that a wall tile would not.
