Lythos Greige is a 24″ x 48″ porcelain tile from Centura’s Lythos range. It is finished with a smoothed matte face. Expect variation of V3, a moderate spread of tone that gives the installation obvious movement piece to piece. At 24″ x 48″, it covers ground with fewer grout lines than a small format, which keeps a room reading as one surface. Because it is frost resistant, it can carry an interior floor out onto a covered patio or three-season room. Floor and wall use are both covered, useful where a feature wall and the floor beneath it need to match exactly. The edges are rectified, cut square after firing, so it sets with a joint of roughly 2 to 3 mm over a flat substrate. The body measures 9 mm. Centura matches it to grout 973 – Warm Taupe. Boxes hold 2 pieces and cover 16.01 sq ft, or 8.0064 sq ft a piece.
