Lemmy Indio belongs to Centura’s Lemmy range and measures 12″ x 24″. It is finished with a brushed face with fine directional texture. Piece-to-piece variation is graded V2, a slight shift in tone between pieces that keeps the surface from looking printed. At 12″ x 24″, it covers ground with fewer grout lines than a small format, which keeps a room reading as one surface. The slip rating is R9, the rating for dry interior floors. Frost resistance means it can be laid outdoors or in an unheated space without spalling through a freeze-thaw cycle. Centura rates it for floors and walls, so one tile can carry a shower wall down onto the floor with no change of material. Rectified edges mean the tile is cut square after firing and will take a tight 2 to 3 mm joint, provided the substrate is flat. The body measures 9 mm. The suggested grout is 927 – Light Pewter. One box contains 7 pieces, enough for 13.46 sq ft, or 1.9227 sq ft a piece.
