Centura lists Lemmy Afterglow in the Lemmy range: a 12″ x 24″ porcelain tile. It is finished with a brushed face with fine directional texture. Piece-to-piece variation is graded V2, a slight shift in tone between pieces that keeps the surface from looking printed. A 12″ x 24″ tile lays up quickly and leaves less grout to keep clean. Centura tests it at R9, the rating for dry interior floors. Frost resistance means it can be laid outdoors or in an unheated space without spalling through a freeze-thaw cycle. The rating covers both floors and walls, which lets a bathroom or kitchen run the same surface vertically and horizontally. Rectified edges mean the tile is cut square after firing and will take a tight 2 to 3 mm joint, provided the substrate is flat. The body measures 9 mm. For a colour match, Centura specifies grout 908 – Dove Gray. It ships 7 pieces to a box, covering 13.46 sq ft, or 1.9227 sq ft a piece.
