Centura lists Larocca Grey in the Larocca range: a 24″ x 48″ porcelain tile. The surface is a matte surface that holds light rather than throwing it back. Shade variation is rated V3, a moderate spread of tone that gives the installation obvious movement piece to piece. A 24″ x 48″ tile lays up quickly and leaves less grout to keep clean. Centura tests it at R10, which covers floors that see occasional water such as kitchens, bathrooms and entry halls. The body is frost resistant, which opens up porches, garages, balconies and other areas that drop below freezing. It is approved for floor and wall installation, so wall and floor areas of the same room can be tiled from one order. Rectified edges mean the tile is cut square after firing and will take a tight 2 to 3 mm joint, provided the substrate is flat. The body measures 9 mm. Centura matches it to grout 939 – Mist. Boxes hold 2 pieces and cover 15.38 sq ft, or 7.6923 sq ft a piece.
