Centura lists Khroma Ottanio in the Khroma range: a 24″ x 24″ porcelain tile. Centura gives it a natural finish, left close to how the tile leaves the press. Expect variation of V2, a slight shift in tone between pieces that keeps the surface from looking printed. At 24″ x 24″, it covers ground with fewer grout lines than a small format, which keeps a room reading as one surface. Centura tests it at R10, which covers floors that see occasional water such as kitchens, bathrooms and entry halls. Because it is frost resistant, it can carry an interior floor out onto a covered patio or three-season room. The rating covers both floors and walls, which lets a bathroom or kitchen run the same surface vertically and horizontally. The edges are rectified, cut square after firing, so it sets with a joint of roughly 2 to 3 mm over a flat substrate. The body measures 9 mm. Centura matches it to grout 908 – Dove Gray.
