Island Frame Slate Blue is a 2.5″ x 8″ ceramic tile from Centura’s Island range. It carries the broken, tonal surface of natural stone, finished with a gloss surface that reflects light and lifts a darker room. Centura rates this one for walls, not floors, which puts it in backsplash, surround and feature wall territory. Boxes hold 38 pieces and cover 5.15 sq ft, or 0.1355 sq ft a piece. A ceramic body is lighter than porcelain and easier to cut on site, which is why it is the usual choice for walls and backsplashes.
