Centura I Cocci Siciliani Nero Natural Porcelain 24″ x 48″

I Cocci Siciliani Nero is a 24″ x 48″ porcelain tile from Centura’s I Cocci Siciliani range. The surface is a natural finish, left close to how the tile leaves the press. Shade variation is rated V4, a wide spread where individual pieces differ markedly, so the tile should be dry-laid from several boxes before it is set. A 24″ x 48″ tile lays up quickly and leaves less grout to keep clean. Underfoot it is rated R10, which covers floors that see occasional water such as kitchens, bathrooms and entry halls. The body is frost resistant, which opens up porches, garages, balconies and other areas that drop below freezing. Centura rates it for floors and walls, so one tile can carry a shower wall down onto the floor with no change of material. Because the edges are rectified, the grout joint can close to around 2 to 3 mm and the layout reads almost seamless. The body measures 9 mm. The suggested grout is 927 Light Pewter. Boxes hold 2 pieces and cover 15.3 sq ft, or 7.6511 sq ft a piece.
