Centura Glocal Sugar Natural Porcelain 12″ x 12″

Description

Glocal Sugar is a 12″ x 12″ porcelain tile from Centura’s Glocal range. It carries the flat, faintly mottled face of poured concrete, finished with a natural finish, left close to how the tile leaves the press. Piece-to-piece variation is graded V2, a slight shift in tone between pieces that keeps the surface from looking printed. Underfoot it is rated R10, which covers floors that see occasional water such as kitchens, bathrooms and entry halls. Because it is frost resistant, it can carry an interior floor out onto a covered patio or three-season room. Floor and wall use are both covered, useful where a feature wall and the floor beneath it need to match exactly. The edges are rectified, cut square after firing, so it sets with a joint of roughly 2 to 3 mm over a flat substrate. The body measures 8.5 mm. The suggested grout is 927 – Light Pewter. Boxes hold 6 pieces and cover 5.75 sq ft, or 0.9588 sq ft a piece. It contains recycled content, which can count toward LEED material credits on a certified project.
