Fray Taupe belongs to Centura’s Fray range and measures 12″ x 24″. The 12″ x 24″ format means fewer joints across a floor, so the eye is not pulled to a grid. Centura rates it for floors and walls, so one tile can carry a shower wall down onto the floor with no change of material. It ships 7 pieces to a box, covering 13.71 sq ft, or 1.9586 sq ft a piece. Porcelain is fired denser than ordinary ceramic, which is why it takes on wet areas and heavy traffic that a wall tile would not.
