Centura lists Etoile Tropical in the Etoile range: a 24″ x 48″ porcelain tile. Centura gives it a polished face with a mirror-level shine. Piece-to-piece variation is graded V3, a moderate spread of tone that gives the installation obvious movement piece to piece. The 24″ x 48″ format means fewer joints across a floor, so the eye is not pulled to a grid. It is frost resistant, so it holds up in unheated garages, porches and exterior work where the tile will freeze and thaw. Floor and wall use are both covered, useful where a feature wall and the floor beneath it need to match exactly. Rectified edges mean the tile is cut square after firing and will take a tight 2 to 3 mm joint, provided the substrate is flat. The body measures 10 mm. The suggested grout is 939 – Mist. It ships 2 pieces to a box, covering 15.38 sq ft, or 7.6923 sq ft a piece.
