Centura Dorset Marfil Matte Porcelain 24″ x 24″

Dorset Marfil belongs to Centura’s Dorset range and measures 24″ x 24″. It is finished with a matte surface that holds light rather than throwing it back. Piece-to-piece variation is graded V2, a slight shift in tone between pieces that keeps the surface from looking printed. The 24″ x 24″ format means fewer joints across a floor, so the eye is not pulled to a grid. The slip rating is R9, the rating for dry interior floors. The body is frost resistant, which opens up porches, garages, balconies and other areas that drop below freezing. The rating covers both floors and walls, which lets a bathroom or kitchen run the same surface vertically and horizontally. Because the edges are rectified, the grout joint can close to around 2 to 3 mm and the layout reads almost seamless. The body measures 9.5 mm. The suggested grout is 909 – Sterling. Boxes hold 5 pieces and cover 19.28 sq ft, or 3.8551 sq ft a piece.
