Costa Nova Black belongs to Centura’s Costa Nova range and measures 2″ x 8″. It carries a sculpted face with real relief and an even, unpatterned face, finished with a matte surface that holds light rather than throwing it back. Expect variation of V1, so pieces run near-identical and the finished floor reads as one continuous surface. Centura rates this one for walls, not floors, which puts it in backsplash, surround and feature wall territory. Edges are cushioned, not rectified, which means a wider joint and more tolerance for an uneven substrate. The body measures 9 mm. For a colour match, Centura specifies grout 950 – Jet Black. One box contains 60 pieces, enough for 6.56 sq ft, or 0.1094 sq ft a piece.
