Costa Nova Banyan Blue belongs to Centura’s Costa Nova range and measures 2″ x 8″. It carries a sculpted face with real relief and an even, unpatterned face, finished with a matte surface that holds light rather than throwing it back. Centura rates shade variation at V1, so pieces run near-identical and the finished floor reads as one continuous surface. It is rated for walls only, which covers backsplashes, feature walls and shower surrounds. Edges are cushioned, not rectified, which means a wider joint and more tolerance for an uneven substrate. The body measures 9 mm. For a colour match, Centura specifies grout 937 – Steel Grey. One box contains 50 pieces, enough for 5.47 sq ft, or 0.1094 sq ft a piece.
