Centura lists Costa Nova Aloe in the Costa Nova range: a 2″ x 8″ ceramic tile. It carries a sculpted face with real relief and an even, unpatterned face, finished with a matte surface that holds light rather than throwing it back. Piece-to-piece variation is graded V1, so pieces run near-identical and the finished floor reads as one continuous surface. Centura rates this one for walls, not floors, which puts it in backsplash, surround and feature wall territory. The edges are cushioned rather than rectified, so allow a slightly wider grout joint. The body measures 9 mm. For a colour match, Centura specifies grout 909 – Sterling. Boxes hold 60 pieces and cover 6.56 sq ft, or 0.1094 sq ft a piece.
