Classic / Techno Teal belongs to Centura’s Classic / Techno range and measures 12″ x 12″. Centura gives it a matte surface that holds light rather than throwing it back. Centura rates shade variation at V1, so pieces run near-identical and the finished floor reads as one continuous surface. The slip rating is R10, which covers floors that see occasional water such as kitchens, bathrooms and entry halls. It is frost resistant, so it holds up in unheated garages, porches and exterior work where the tile will freeze and thaw. Floor and wall use are both covered, useful where a feature wall and the floor beneath it need to match exactly. The edges are cushioned rather than rectified, so allow a slightly wider grout joint. The body measures 6 mm. The suggested grout is 929 – Charcoal Grey. One box contains 20 pieces, enough for 20 sq ft, or 1 sq ft a piece.
