Centura Chamonix Gray Matte Porcelain 12″ x 12″

Chamonix Gray is a 12″ x 12″ porcelain tile from Centura’s Chamonix range. The surface is a matte surface that holds light rather than throwing it back. Piece-to-piece variation is graded V2, a slight shift in tone between pieces that keeps the surface from looking printed. It is frost resistant, so it holds up in unheated garages, porches and exterior work where the tile will freeze and thaw. It is approved for floor and wall installation, so wall and floor areas of the same room can be tiled from one order. The edges are cushioned rather than rectified, so allow a slightly wider grout joint. The body measures 8.5 mm. The suggested grout is 934 – Slate Grey. It ships 10 pieces to a box, covering 9.7 sq ft, or 0.97 sq ft a piece.
