Centura lists Basaltina Mocha in the Basaltina range: a 12″ x 24″ porcelain tile. It carries the broken, tonal surface of natural stone, finished with a matte surface that holds light rather than throwing it back. Piece-to-piece variation is graded V1, so pieces run near-identical and the finished floor reads as one continuous surface. A 12″ x 24″ tile lays up quickly and leaves less grout to keep clean. The rating covers both floors and walls, which lets a bathroom or kitchen run the same surface vertically and horizontally. The body measures 9 mm. Centura matches it to grout 973 – Warm Taupe. Boxes hold 8 pieces and cover 16 sq ft, or 2 sq ft a piece.
