Description

Centura lists Basaltina Ivory in the Basaltina range: a 12″ x 24″ porcelain tile. It carries the broken, tonal surface of natural stone, finished with a matte surface that holds light rather than throwing it back. Piece-to-piece variation is graded V1, so pieces run near-identical and the finished floor reads as one continuous surface. At 12″ x 24″, it covers ground with fewer grout lines than a small format, which keeps a room reading as one surface. Centura rates it for floors and walls, so one tile can carry a shower wall down onto the floor with no change of material. The body measures 9 mm. For a colour match, Centura specifies grout 908 – Dove Gray. One box contains 8 pieces, enough for 16 sq ft, or 2 sq ft a piece.
