Centura lists Arkistyle Shade Warm in the Arkistyle range: a 9″ x 10″ porcelain tile. The surface is a natural finish, left close to how the tile leaves the press. Shade variation is rated V3, a moderate spread of tone that gives the installation obvious movement piece to piece. The hexagon format breaks up the grid a square or rectangular tile would give you. Centura tests it at R10, which covers floors that see occasional water such as kitchens, bathrooms and entry halls. Because it is frost resistant, it can carry an interior floor out onto a covered patio or three-season room. Centura rates it for floors and walls, so one tile can carry a shower wall down onto the floor with no change of material. Edges are cushioned, not rectified, which means a wider joint and more tolerance for an uneven substrate. The body measures 9 mm. The suggested grout is 903 Birch. One box contains 29 pieces, enough for 12.7 sq ft, or 0.4378 sq ft a piece.
