Centura Advantage Silver Natural Porcelain 24″ x 48″

Advantage Silver is a 24″ x 48″ porcelain tile from Centura’s Advantage range. It is finished with a natural finish, left close to how the tile leaves the press. Expect variation of V2, a slight shift in tone between pieces that keeps the surface from looking printed. The 24″ x 48″ format means fewer joints across a floor, so the eye is not pulled to a grid. The slip rating is R10, which covers floors that see occasional water such as kitchens, bathrooms and entry halls. It is frost resistant, so it holds up in unheated garages, porches and exterior work where the tile will freeze and thaw. Centura rates it for floors and walls, so one tile can carry a shower wall down onto the floor with no change of material. Because the edges are rectified, the grout joint can close to around 2 to 3 mm and the layout reads almost seamless. The body measures 9 mm. The suggested grout is 908 Dove Gray. One box contains 2 pieces, enough for 15.5 sq ft, or 7.7519 sq ft a piece.
