Centura Advantage Chalk Natural Porcelain 24″ x 48″

Advantage Chalk belongs to Centura’s Advantage range and measures 24″ x 48″. Centura gives it a natural finish, left close to how the tile leaves the press. Piece-to-piece variation is graded V2, a slight shift in tone between pieces that keeps the surface from looking printed. The 24″ x 48″ format means fewer joints across a floor, so the eye is not pulled to a grid. Underfoot it is rated R10, which covers floors that see occasional water such as kitchens, bathrooms and entry halls. The body is frost resistant, which opens up porches, garages, balconies and other areas that drop below freezing. Centura rates it for floors and walls, so one tile can carry a shower wall down onto the floor with no change of material. Rectified edges mean the tile is cut square after firing and will take a tight 2 to 3 mm joint, provided the substrate is flat. The body measures 9 mm. The suggested grout is 949 Silverado. One box contains 2 pieces, enough for 15.5 sq ft, or 7.7519 sq ft a piece.
