Accademia Tiepolo is a 24″ x 24″ porcelain tile from Centura’s Accademia range. It is finished with a polished face with a mirror-level shine. Centura rates shade variation at V3, a moderate spread of tone that gives the installation obvious movement piece to piece. The 24″ x 24″ format means fewer joints across a floor, so the eye is not pulled to a grid. The body is frost resistant, which opens up porches, garages, balconies and other areas that drop below freezing. It is approved for floor and wall installation, so wall and floor areas of the same room can be tiled from one order. Rectified edges mean the tile is cut square after firing and will take a tight 2 to 3 mm joint, provided the substrate is flat. The body measures 10 mm. The suggested grout is 908 Dove Gray. It ships 3 pieces to a box, covering 11.45 sq ft, or 3.8153 sq ft a piece.
